We have a skipper, navigator, and 2 more crew. We need two more hale and hearty crew to man winches, steer and generally help out on the long race from Victoria to Maui.
The boat is Delicate Balance an X-Yachts One-Tonner built in Denmark and a proven race winner.
Sailing experience, preferably in offshore conditions, is mandatory. If you can whip up gourmet meals on a two burner stove at 20 degrees of heel that would be a definite asset.
